  1. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment in case of high concentration of the medium in the ambient atmosphere of the machine.
  1. Check that pressure relief lines (PRL) are not clogged as described in the following illustrations.

    Unscrew nuts

    Blow into the pipe

  3. NOTICE

    Pressurized air systems supply too high pressure.

    Risk of damage to the machine!

    1. Adjust the pressurized air to 0.2 bar(g) by means of a pressure regulator.

In case of clogged pressure relief lines (PRL):

  1. Remove the clogging or have the machine repaired (contact Busch).

    Unscrew plugs

    Connect pressurized air to the pressure relief lines

    3

    Air pressure max. 0.2 bar (g)

    Tighten plugs

    Tighten nuts
